![]() They continue to develop and expand a legislative arts advocacy agenda and efforts by advocating to local, state, or national levels and creating new relationships with AAC members and legislators, incorporating equity in legislation for the arts and the voices of BIPOC creatives where funding considerations are made. It is a strong “go-to” place for recruiting skilled and healthy BIPOC prospective employees and leaders in the arts. AAC aims and has succeeded at expanding career development, deepening the knowledge and supporting the professional development, growth and promotion of thousands of and AAC members. We continue celebrating #BlackHistoryMonth by celebrating The Arts Administrators Of Color Network! The Arts Administrators Of Color goals are to Build Infrastructure (Operations/Governance) and Scale AAC by building a strong anti-racist/anti-oppressive infrastructure.
